MHP's Partnership with the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce

February 5, 2018

MHP values its partnership with the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and working together to make Cheyenne a better community.

The mission of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce (the Chamber) is to make the greater Cheyenne area a more prosperous and higher quality community.  Comprised of influential leaders and business professionals, the Chamber is able to meet its mission. This combination is a powerful partnership which produces results.

Sponsorships provide the Chamber the funding for a variety of events, initiatives and programs, both old and new, which make a difference in our community. Sponsoring is a great way to show your support of economic development initiatives which directly impact business in the Cheyenne area and demonstrate your community spirit.

MHP partners with the Chamber throughout the year to sponsor many different activities and programs. Here are just a few examples of Sponsorships and Committees MHP is a part of:

Monthly Chamber Luncheon

Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Luncheons are an educational platform to create a more informed and educated business public. Programs address important business priorities, issues and topics. Additionally, many of the luncheons feature special recognition opportunities; April's luncheon features the Keynote speaker of the Rocky Mountain Future Leaders Conference, June's luncheon features the Leadership Cheyenne Graduation, etc.

On Friday, February 2, 2018, the Chamber luncheon featured and educational platform on the upcoming changes to the tax plan. MHP was the presenting sponsor and also part of the panel of tax experts featured within the luncheon. Greg Vaughn of MHP participated on the panel.

BizLink groups meet frequently in industry exclusive groups.  These meetings build relationships through the exchanging of new leads and referrals and serve as a small business support group for business owners. Ken Dugas has been a part of the a.m. Bizlink group for over 5 years and has appreciated the opportunity to grow relationships with the other business leaders in the group.
